Pattern Alteration: Looking at the Whole Picture Room N3 Lorraine Henry Thu. June 5, 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM
Level: All levels Class Type: Lecture/Demo Category: Fitting/Alterations Machine(s): Not required
Often when we begin a pattern alteration process, we just focus on the biggest change first. STOP! Look at the "whole picture" of the body area we are fitting and check to see if there are multiple alterations that might be needed. We may be able to combine some alterations and perhaps even eliminate some. Learn the order of checking measurements and how measurements relate to one another. For example: A figure with downward angled shoulders is usually called sloped shouldered. BUT what if it is a high neck base that creates the look. Measurements are totally different - needing completely different alterations. This class will give a new awareness in looking at our body differences Kit/handout Fee: None Student supply list: None SKU #: 317TH Thu. June 5, 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
