Kaleidoscope Quilt

Using one beautiful Border Stripe fabric and Jason Yenter's directions, with a few tweaks that Cindy has figured out to make the quilt easier and quicker. Cindy will show you how to make this awesome quilt in either a generously sized lap quilt or a smaller version for a wall hanging. She will also show you how to make this quilt using any border print you find. Kits are provided for this class.
Kit/handout Fee: $140 (Paid to the teacher in the classroom).
Kit includes: All Fabrics for the quilt top and binding, instructions.
Student supply list:
Sewing machine, remember your foot pedal and power cord.

Rotary cutter, be sure to have a new blade; we will be cutting through many layers of fabric.
Large cutting mat and 6" x 24" and 6" x 12" rulers
Large Kaleidoscope ruler, I prefer Marti Michell's Kaleidoscope ruler because it combines 3 rulers in one. If you can find one, check online or your local quilt store. I will have some available for purchase in class. If you can't find the Marti Michell ruler, then you will need a Kaleidoscope/45-degree ruler and a right-angle ruler.
Personal iron and mat (optional)
* SEWING MACHINES ARE NOT PROVIDED IN THIS CLASS. Bring your own machine in good working order, pedal and cord.
Sewing Machine and Supply storage: For your convenience, we have available, free of charge temporary and overnight storage at the class registration desk located at Nevada Office 1, across the hall from classroom N5 on the lower level of the hotel.
