Join award-winning domestic machine quilter, Cindy Seitz-Krug, for some of the basic free-motion techniques to get you started on your free-motion quilting journey. In class, you will learn to quilt continuous line designs and traditional feathers. You will also learn to successfully stipple. Additionally, Cindy will present a demonstration of ruler work. And on top of all of this, Cindy will sprinkle many tips and tricks for success throughout the class.
Kit/handout Fee: $20 (Paid to the teacher in the classroom).
Kit includes: 20" quilt top, 22" quilt backing, and batting, 60wt cotton thread for top and bobbin, feather stencil, and blue wash-away marker.
Student supply list: Pencil and paper for note taking, small bag for trash, approximately 25 safety pins, masking tape, thread snips.
Optional items: Optional items: quilting gloves, Kwik Klip
