Easy and Beautiful Grid Designs

Learn four different easy and beautiful grid-based quilting designs as you work on a pretty mini wholecloth quilt. You're sure to love these fabulous designs, and you will find so many places to use them in your quilts! Cindy's easygoing manner of teaching will boost your confidence and help you to master your machine quilting skills.
Kit/handout Fee: $32 (Paid to the teacher in the classroom).
Kit includes: Quilter's sateen fabric for quilt top and backing, wool batting, 1 spool 100wt silk thread, blue wash-away marker, 70/10 quilting needle.
Student supply list: Sewing machine in top working order, owner's manual, several empty bobbins, walking foot, free motion foot (preferably a metal free motion foot), thread snips, approximately 25 safety pins, masking tape, bag for trash, paper and pencil for note taking, and 3"x18" ruler.
Optional items: quilting gloves, Kwik Klip for closing safety pins. Students MAY purchase an "Ultimate Grid Marking Stencil" from Cindy in class for $12.
* SEWING MACHINES ARE NOT PROVIDED IN THIS CLASS. Bring your own machine in good working order, pedal and cord.
Sewing Machine and Supply storage: For your convenience, we have available, free of charge temporary and overnight storage at the class registration desk located at Nevada Office 1, across the hall from classroom N5 on the lower level of the hotel.
