Kathryn Pellman Sewing
since she could thread a needle, commercial fabric is her
paint, thread her ink, and the sewing machine her pen.
Kathryn thinks of her quilts as modern folk art and herself
as an artist, fashionista, quilter, sewist, cook, baker,
gardener and storyteller. She is a Juried Artist member of SAQA (Studio Art Quilters Association) and has a Certificate in Fashion Design. She has been featured on The Quilting Show with Alex Anderson and Ricky Timms, Quilting Arts TV, Art Quilting Studio, and Exploring Art Quilts with SAQA: Volume 2, 2022 and has taught at Festival of Quilts, Birmingham, England and Quilt Festival Houston.
