Are the results of your quilt binding pathetic? No perfect corners? Good news! You can have sanity and perfection with strip binding and even bias binding -- no measuring and no tools. Learn an easy tip that makes a perfectly mitered corner every time. You will learn an easy to gather ruffles with no effort and no breaking of those darn basting threads. When you know the techniques, strip binding, bias binding, prairie points, and gathering will be easy. We will cover it all.
Kit/handout Fee: $25 (Paid to the teacher in the classroom).
Kit includes: All directions written for each of the five projects and all fabrics necessary to complete the projects.
Student supply list: One fat quarter (1" x 22") to class and a long ruler. (22" or so). Optional but helpful, a small travel Iron and pad.
* SEWING MACHINES ARE NOT PROVIDED IN THIS CLASS. Bring your own machine in good working order, pedal and cord.
Sewing Machine and Supply storage: For your convenience, we have available, free of charge temporary and overnight storage at the class registration desk located at Nevada Office 1, across the hall from classroom N5 on the lower level of the hotel.
