So many of us sewists sew alone and we need to fit ourselves. The easiest way to do this is to use the Measurement Method of fitting as we cannot reach our backs easily. And how many of us need different changes on each side of our body? Patterns are made for the right side. When our left side is different from the right, we need to know the changes to make for that side. Learn the secrets of a professional dressmaker (not really secrets but bits of knowledge that are not found in most of our fitting books). Learn about measurements not generally taken but make such a difference in the outcome of our alterations!
