Learn my easy techniques for producing floral wall quilts with oversized images. In this one-day workshop you will use an original flower drawing (20" x 24") provided by the instructor ($10 fee; Seven flowers to choose from: Poppy, Rose, Sunflower, Daylily, Calla, Iris, and Bird of Paradise.)
We'll translate this into a fabric collage using contemporary methods and innovative art techniques, such as free-motion machine embroidery, thread painting, embellishing with Angelina fiber and beads, couching and bobbin drawing. See my flower quilts at http://www.marjankluepfel.com
