Once you are familiar with how the quilt design software Electric Quilt 8 works, you are ready to design your own quilt. This workshop focuses exclusively on the QUILT Worktable, exploring block layouts, the layout library, borders, custom settings, and shortcuts for bringing your vision to life. Prior experience with EQ8 is required.
Kit/handout Fee: $30 (Paid to the teacher in the classroom).
Kit includes: Class outline and EQ8 placemat
Student supply list:
- Laptop computer with EQ8 loaded and activated
- Power cord
- A mouse is required - even if you don't usually use one
- Picture of a quilt from a sketch, magazine or book you would like to reproduce
