New threads require understanding for easy sewing. Proper needle, feet, and tension make sewing with decorative threads a breeze. Some threads are too large for the needle, so how do you work with them? Some threads are designed for the needle. Unleash the possibilities of thread as you discover which to use in the sewing machine needle and which to use with a foot. You can relax when you know the proper techniques. Sew crooked or straight. It's an adventure the easy way.
Kit/handout Fee: $30 (Paid to the teacher in the classroom).
Kit includes: Fabric, stabilizer, machine needle, threads for the needle, threads for the foot, thread for the bobbin, instructions and more.
Student supply list: Machine in good working order - don't forget the foot pedal & electric cord; Open Toe Appliqué Foot, Braiding or Couching Foot, Multi-hole Couching Foot.
SEWING MACHINES ARE NOT PROVIDED. Bring your own machine in good working order, pedal and cord.
Package & Sewing machine storage is available temporarily and overnight, free of charge.
