Learn about the versatility of patterns, choosing the right fusible, tracing your pattern pieces and getting the maximum out of the appliqué pressing sheet. Learn the trick to perfect satin stitching, options for finishing those raw edges and why we finish them. Great results and success can be just around the corner.

Beginning Needle Turn Appliqué. Hand Appliqué Basics. Students will learn how to use any appliqué pattern (for needle-turn), turn seam allowances under using two different techniques. Techniques will be taught for perfect points, valleys and small circles.

Kit includes: pattern, fusible, all fabric for top, binding and batting.

Student supply list: sewing machine in good working order, basic sewing supplies, dark thread and black fabric for backing ~ 26" x 36". Optional but helpful ~ small travel iron and mat/ruler/rotary cutter.

SEWING MACHINES ARE NOT PROVIDED. Bring your own machine in good working order, pedal and cord.
Package & Sewing machine storage is available temporarily and overnight, free of charge.
